Former Neighbourhood Office, Mount Road

The Site

The site is approximately 0.4ha in size and comprises low cut grass, sitting adjacent to Annie Lees Park, with a mature tree located to its south west. Previously, the site housed a Neighbourhood Office, however this has now been demolished. The site has since been restored to grassland and fenced off from the main area of Annie Lees Park, limiting public access.

The site is bound by Annie Lees Park to the north and west, and residential development to the east and south.

The site is located within Flood Zone 1, which means it is land least likely at risk of flooding.

The site is sustainably located and within walking and cycling distance of a range of services and facilities. Moreover, it is well connected to the public transport network, with a number of bus stops located adjacent to the east on Buckley Road, and Belle View railway station located further to the north east.
